Combined with a comprehensive evaluation, our high resolution SPECT brain scan can vividly demonstrate that many "psychiatric" conditions are actually caused by physiological brain dysfunction. Armed with this knowledge, physicians are vastly better equipped to develop targeted, effective treatment plans. And patients, actually able to "see" the physiological source of their own brain dysfunction, feel less stigmatized by the "mental illness" label and are thus more willing to comply with treatment.
