In case of Emergency: Dial 911, or proceed directly to the nearest hospital Emergency Room. Your Doctor will be notified by the emergency personnel.
How to get answers to your medical questions:
Our three clinics are open weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Should you have questions regarding your illness or medical care, feel free to call. A medical staff member will be available to answer most questions, or will return your call as soon as possible and no later than the end of the day in most cases. More involved medical questions many best be handled by scheduling a follow-up appointment with one of our medical providers.
Prescription Refills
For your convenience, ask to have your prescriptions refilled at the time of your clinic visit. At other times, call your pharmacy. If you call the clinic during business hours, you will be asked to leave the refill message on the prescription line. If you get our voicemail system, simply press 5 to get to prescription refills.
Allow 48 hours for prescriptions to be refilled. If prior authorization is required, please allow 72 hours.
