John M. Goodhue, President, CEO and Chairman of the Board
Mr. Goodhue is the past Chairman, CEO and Editor of THE IPO INSIDER, which during its eight years of publication was the investment industry's leading financial advisory newsletter on the subject of initial public offerings. He has acted as a consultant to numerous companies in their initial public offering and has been involved in debt and equity transactions totaling over $2.5 billion in the aggregate. Mr. Goodhue has served in senior management capacities in the internet and food technology industries. In addition, he practiced law for eight years in the areas of corporate securities, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.
Vincent D. Bradshaw, Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Bradshaw has over 30 years directing and managing the operations of technology-based companies. He has led units of Fortune 50 companies as well as start-ups. Vince's skills span operations management, product development, marketing and sales, financial management, and business and capital development. He has extensive experience developing and managing business operations, including business policy development, human resources, P&L management, sales and marketing. He has held key roles in projects involving information technology, wholesale distribution, consumer products, government contracting, publishing, and medical education.
Nancy S. Goodhue, MSW, LCSW, Chief Clinical Officer and Director
Mrs. Goodhue has over 14 years of experience in the mental health field as a psychotherapist. She is a licensed clinical social worker, a certified group psychotherapist and a certified school social worker. Mrs. Goodhue earned a B.A. in psychology and humanities from the University of Colorado and an MSW from Smith College School of Social Work.
David Stafford Johnson, General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer
David Stafford Johnson, is also currently an owner, director and general counsel of several other emerging companies in the natural resource, telecommunications, and consumer product sectors, and is also currently teaching as a Professor at the Metropolitan State College of Denver. Mr. Johnson has an extensive domestic and international corporate and entrepreneurial background in mergers and acquisitions, finance, strategic planning and structuring, intellectual property commercialization and in administering complex, multi-jurisdictional legal affairs. Mr. Johnson is licensed to practice law in the States of Arizona, Texas and Colorado and is a graduate of Dartmouth College with an MBA from Arizona State University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona, and post-graduate certificates from Denver University, Harvard University and the Colorado School of Mines. Mr. Johnson has previously worked in executive legal, corporate development, strategic planning and financial and management capacities both with domestic non-profit companies and with domestic and international for-profit public and private companies in the consumer products, telecommunications, venture capital, oil and gas and natural resource sectors, including planning and facilitating documentation of a $100M domestic IPO.
Ismael Mena MD, Consultant
Ismael Mena, MD is Professor Emeritus of the UCLA School of Medicine and the Editor in Chief of the Alasbimn Journal, an international scientific journal of research articles addressing Nuclear Medicine issues and published exclusively in electronic format. He is the recipient of numerous Awards of Distinction honoring his contributions to medicine. More recently, in January 2004, Dr. Mena received the distinction of Doctor Honoris Causa from the Universite' d'Auvergne in Clermont-Ferrand, France. Dr. Mena remarked to Newsline, "This doctorate is for me a crowning achievement after many years of teaching a large number of French nuclear physicians at the UCLA School of Medicine, a number of whom now occupy leading positions in important French universities and medical centers. This honor is a sign of their loyalty and friendship, which I treasure."
Dr. Mena has served in many distinguished positions of research and teaching authority throughout his career as a neuroradiologist including, among others, Distinguished Professor-in-Residence, Radiological Sciences, UCLA School of Medicine, California; Director of the Division of Nuclear Medicine, LAC Harbor-UCLA Medical Center; Research Collaborator/Senior Visiting Clinician/Attending Physician, Brookhaven National Laboratory, New York; and President of Sociedad de Medicina Nuclear. Dr. Mena continues his work in Santiago, Chile and speaks internationally on advancements being made in Neuroimaging and on the role of Brain SPECT Imaging in Neurology and Psychiatry.
Richard D. Huston, M.S.W., L.C.S.W., Clinical Consultant
Mr. Huston maintains an active private psychotherapy practice and is the clinical director of the Group Therapy Institute in Denver, Colorado. He is a clinical instructor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. He has extensive teaching experience at several notable schools of higher education including Smith College, University of Denver, Louisiana State University and the University| of Tennessee. Additionally, Mr. Huston has served in several clinical positions within the Veterans Administration Health System in Colorado and Arkansas, the South Arkansas Regional Health Center and Family and Children's Services in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
