Exclusive Technology. Brain Matters has the exclusive rights to the world's most advanced brain dedicated SPECT equipment with resolution of 2.5 mm.

Exclusive Software. Brain Matters has the exclusive rights to the world's most advanced nuclear brain imaging reconstruction software. It possesses a normative database for patient image comparison and can quantify image data.

Image Interpretation. All images are processed remotely by Brain Matters' in-house image interpretation specialists trained in interpreting brain SPECT imaging for psychiatric and neurologic applications.


Marketing. Brain Matters has developed a highly effective marketing program for promoting Nuclear Psychiatry, Nuclear Neurology, Legal and Workers Compensation initiatives.


Physician Training and Certification. Brain Matters has developed the required physician training programs and has secured certification for these programs by the Institute of Nuclear Medical Education, the premier nuclear medical education organization in the U.S.

1. Space.  Provide space within your current facility to locate the gamma camera, hot lab and administrative workspace.  It is anticipated that the required space would not exceed 2,500 square feet.  We can also accomodate free-standing facilities if necessary.
2. Investment.  Provide a moderate capital contribution to the joint venture.
3. Equipment Lease Guarantee.  Provide a guarantee of equipment leases with the lease payments to be made by the joint venture.
4. Insurance Network Inclusion.  Assist the joint venture with accessing insurance network inclusion in your area.
5. Ownership Interests in the Joint Venture.  The joint venture is owned 50% by Brain Matters, Inc. and 50% by you.
